The VP of Lockton reached out to Boxtree with a proposal for an alternative approach working against two leading specialist insurance recruitment firms in London, Bristol & Manchester. The division were looking to widen their reach in PI/FinTech market and sector and wanted an in-depth understanding of salary comparable, talent and competitors in the space. Their remit thereafter was to assist them with the approach and retention of key individuals identified within this initiative and entice them to join the growing team and division in line with Lockton growth strategy.
Identification of key brokers, divisions and well-respected individuals in the space through engaging with internal consultant of Boxtree. Identification document collated and issued to Lockton for review to include targeted companies, candidates, salaries, job descriptions and identification of employees with producing and non-producing roles within their respective teams. Key individuals were highlighted as targets for Lockton and two senior consultants of Boxtree were retained to secure employment of the talent identified.
An Account Director with Account / Handler (Team lift), a producing broker and an appointment setter were appointed by the division. All of which are still in appointment, three years after engagement.
