Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
The work that Mind do as a charity is exceptional and the leaps and bounds that they have achieved in taking the stigma away from mental health issues is endless. As such, we support Mind in their fundraising by donating a share of our company profits and of course completing as many fundraisers that we can.
Ecologi is a social enterprise that plants trees and funds the world's best carbon offsetting solutions.
At Boxtree, we donate monthly to plant trees across the world and overall reduce carbon footprint. We joined Ecologi in April 2021 and have planted over 1,100 trees! Our efforts have helped to offset 75 tonnes of CO2e, equivalent to 57 long haul flights!
The Anti-Bullying Alliance is a coalition of organisations and individuals that are united against bullying.
At Boxtree, we took part in Anti-Bullying week to promote the campaign and rasie awareness of bullying and the impact it has. We also took part in Odd Socks Day - a day to express individuality and celebrate what makes us all unique!
Stroke Association are a charity organisation who raise money to support people to rebuild their lives after strokes.They provide specialist support, fund critical research and campaign to make sure people affected by stroke get the best care and support to rebuild their lives.
How does Boxtree support the Stroke Association?
Our CEO Toni is running the 2022 Marathon for Stroke Association and is raising £3,000 towards the charity. The team also get involved in events such as Stride for Stroke, to fundraise as much money as possible to a charity which is very close to Boxtree.
The Africa Trust works to bring Sustainable solutions to poverty in Africa. This includes establishing sustainable supplies of clean productive water and decent sanitation. Each donation made goes towards Elephant Pumps being built in Africa.
To reduce plastic bottle waste at Boxtree, we have invested in a water cooler in our office from AquAid. With each purchase we make at AquAid, The African Trust automatically recieve a donation also!
The Romford Greyhounds Owner Association are an animal protection organisation based in Brentwood, UK. They have been on a mission to help rehome retired racing greyhounds since 1975. Over the years they have helped find loving homes to 2000 dogs!
In 2021 we provided each and every greyhound with a christmas dinner! We are actively looking to help the organisation with volunteer work, as well as making regular donations.
