Following advice from the Government, our staff are working from home. However, we would like to reassure you that we have the necessary infrastructure to support this, including full access to our systems.

During these unpreceded times, we appreciate that your working conditions and hiring requirements may also be disrupted. To support your business as best as possible, we have put in place a number of measures for our clients:

• We are putting in place payment plans, including deferred and split payments

• We are offering free support for companies wanting to make supportive succession plans for staff they have had no choice but to let go

• We can provide free contract advice (employment contracts, restrictive covenant improvements for your current staff, furlough and layoff agreements etc.)

• We can also arrange furloughed training programs for current employees (sales, administration, typing skills, broking knowledge, underwriting instruction)



While we know it may be daunting to start a new position in such uncertain circumstances, we will be here to support you every step of the way.

You may notice that we have fewer jobs listed on our website than usual. This is because we are only advertising positions with clients that are prepared to offer.

We are working with clients that are interviewing via video call and onboarding remotely, providing laptops and remote training to enable you to work from home.
