Customer Service Advisor

Partnering exclusively with a well-established and ever-growing insurance brokerage, Boxtree are recruiting for an individual who is willing to learn, someone who delivers excellent customer service with motivation and drive.

You will be joining a supportive team, who will act as technical referral point to encourage your learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
• Handle queries via email, telephone and in person
• General office support where needed

Required:

• Outstanding communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
• Office experience is essential, insurance experience is desirable
• Keen desire to learn and progress
• High attention to detail, with good time management
