Boxtree are currently representing an established independent brokerage in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing accounts team. Your role will be transactional and assisting with accounting duties such as credit control, payment processing and occasionally reporting.
If you have worked within a regulating FCA or financial background within accounting, then you will be fast tracked to interview!
- Processing refunds for clients
- Setting up direct debits as well as renewing and amending when required
- Carry out credit control calls and input all detail on to the appropriate systems correctly
- Providing cover for general accounting across the Hamilton Fraser team
- 1 years or more experience working within a similar role
- Insurance or financial services background preferred
- Understanding of Microsoft packages
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
