Boxtree Recruitment have been engaged to source an experienced Underwriter for a very exciting, growing and successful bank in London. Our client has a portfolio of products that cover both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
 

• Underwriting complex bridging loan applications within company lending criteria
• Accurately assess the risk attributed to the application
• Assess credit reports, documentation relating to verification of employment or self-employment and valuation reports.

Required:

• Underwriting experience within bridging is essential
• Ideally a mandated underwriter
