As a BDM you will plan and maintain a strategic diary of appointments to develop credible and trust-based relationships with an introducer base and actively seek and grow new sources of business from inbound enquiry and existing contacts.
Your credit skills are as important as your sales skills and knowledge of how to structure a deal is essential.
- Bridging & Property BDM background preferred however will consider other BDM backgrounds within the financial services sector such as Buy to Let and Commercial.
