Boxtree Recruitment have been engaged to source a Business Development Manager for a very exciting, growing and successful lender in London.
Our client has a competitively priced and attractive range of lending solutions including Commercial, BTL, Bridging and Development Finance. Our client makes all lending decisions in house and they are institutionally and internally funded.
They offer extremely competitive and flexibly priced proc fees to their intermediaries
This role would suit a high achieving Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong working relationships with existing and new intermediaries and borrowers.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities as well as being able to identify opportunities to improve product portfolio and represent the Company at trade shows, property auctions and relevant corporate events.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to seek continual improvement and be instrumental in the growth of the business
Required:
- Expert knowledge of the specialist lending sector and a proven track record in a BDM role
