Construction Claims Executives – Boxtree would like to hear from you!

We have been appointed to assist a large sought after Insurance Brokerage in their search to appoint a Claims Executive with a strong understanding within the Construction sector. 

This Claims Executive will be servicing clients with all their claims needs and ensuring that close interaction is always implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong rapport with all clients and ensuring their claims needs are met
• Processing of claims in a timely manner
• Providing MI when required
• Identifying risk management initiatives, working alongside
• Support claims administrators as a point of referral
• Escalate claims to Senior Claims Executives when required
• Offering advice on large, complex and major losses with clients
• Building relationships with insurers, lawyers and loss adjusters  

Required:

• Experience in a construction claims role
• Construction claims knowledge of CAR, DSU, EL and TPL
• London market experience – ECF desirable but not essential
