Real Estate Claims Executives – Boxtree would like to hear from you!

We have been appointed to assist a large sought after insurance brokerage in their search to appoint a claims executive with a strong understanding within the real estate sector.

This claims executive will be servicing clients with all their claims needs and ensuring that close interaction is always implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong rapport with all clients and ensuring their claims needs are met
• Processing of claims in a timely manner
• Providing MI when required
• Identifying risk management initiatives, working alongside
• Support claims administrators as a point of referral
• Escalate claims to senior claims executives when required
• Offering advice on large, complex and major losses with clients
• Building relationships with insurers, lawyers and loss adjusters

Required:

• Experience in a similar claims role of 2 years or more
• Solid real estate claims knowledge
