My client is a professional, award winning and ambitious Mortgage Broker with a strong people-first culture and they are looking for a Client Retention Specialist to join their team.
Reporting into a supportive and highly experienced line manager you will help to build out a specialist division within the business that will ensure the high levels of client engagement are upheld and ensure the business enjoys happy clients and in turn, repeat business
- Monthly mailshots to clients
- Booking in reviews with our existing clients (telephone & email)
- Follow-up on booked appointments
- 6- and 12-month anniversary calls
- Sending completion packs/questionnaires weekly
- QC completion checks
- Birthday Emails
- Accurately maintain the customer database
- Experience of working in the financial services / conveyancing /mortgage sector strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent administration skills
