Boxtree Recruitment are currently supporting a well-respected insurance brokerage in Croydon. They are seeking a Commercial Account Handler with experience working within a brokerage, to handle clients directly.
- Handle commercial insurance renewals, directly with clients
- Communicating by email, telephone and written correspondence
- Issuing renewal document and putting together quotations on behalf of insurers
- Achieve targets in relation to retention of clients and their insurance individually and within the renewals team of commercial account handlers
- Have a confident understanding of all products and services for property, liability and professional indemnity insurance coverage
- Gain and develop ongoing relationships with insurers and underwriters reasonably
The Perfect Candidate Will:
- 1+ year experience within a similar role
- An understanding of commercial insurance products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 8% non-contribution pension
