Job description

Actively exclusively recruiting for a junior commercial claims handler for a well-respected insurance brokerage based in Birmingham. You will be provided with full 360 insurance claims handling and management training so this would really suit someone wanting to get into claims handling!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working with brokers to handle general commercial claims (Within property and commercial clients)
  • Handling claims on a cradle to grave basis
  • Information gathering and investigating claims/fraud
  • Appoint third party experts such as loss adjusters and handle this relationship & expectations of work
  • Handling complaints

 

Required:

  • 1 years’ experience within the insurance industry
  • Strong administration experience, working on the Microsoft Suite
  • Good workload management skills to adequately manage a constantly moving workload
