Boxtree are working with a growing group within the insurance industry to appoint a HR advisor assisting the process of HR enquiries.
Currently experiencing significant successes in expansion because of targeted acquisitions this HR advisor will need to have a solid understanding of TUPE processes, policy implementation and have a proven record in successful integration.

- Supporting the core HR function of the business
- Proven track record in Tupe
- 2/3 years’ experience within an advisory role
- Hands on approach of disciplinary and grievance
- Solid understanding of Employee Relations
- Level 5 CIPD (advantageous, not essential)
- Fantastic foundation of HR knowledge and application, ideally within the insurance industry
