We are happy to represent established insurance brokerage looking to grow out their existing team in Lincoln. The candidate will be the customers first point of contact. Helping customers with settling and reporting their claims under company guidelines.
- Negotiate with insurance to settle claims for customers.
- Making sure all documents are delt with a priority and sent to insurance within an acceptable time frame.
- Work within FCA regulations.
- Provide a high level of customer service and sensitivity.
- Good understanding of DPA and FCA regulations.
- A customer service background.
- Some understanding of motor, home, and general commercial insurances.
- Good computer skills.
- 25 days holiday.
