Boxtree are currently working closely with a well-respected brokerage based in Surrey, who are on the lookout for experienced Claims Managers/Team Leaders to join their team. The role will involve assisting the existing team with commercial and personal lines clients, assisting and advising clients as and when required within the claims process, handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and general office requirements.
- Help look after existing clients, within the commercial and personal lines sector
- Look after clients throughout the renewal and claims process
- Work closely with the team to ensure work is done to a high standard
- Handle general policy administration
- At least 4 years’ experience within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims
- Knowledge of commercial SME and personal lines clients
- Company pension
- 20 days holiday, entending to 22 after 5 years of service
