This is a mutually beneficial role where you will be provided quality leads and an excellent commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Review clients financial situation, including what their monthly expenditure is.
• Explain the different types of mortgages and offer suitable products
• Asses which type of mortgage is most suitable
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents and valuers
• Follow strict industry rules and guidelines
• Understand FCA regulations

Required:

• Must be CeMAP qualified
• Must have obtained CAS status
