Boxtree are currently working with a well-respected insurance brokerage based in Surrey, who are recruiting for an experience Commercial Account Executive to join their team and work closely with other members of the business and commercial team.


This is a very unique role where 99% of the new business leads are generated for you and it is within a very close working team.



  • Recognise sales opportunities, create and develop a mixed pipeline
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Customer focused with a track record of consistently overachieving on targets
  • Communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniorities
  • Engage with external insurers accordingly
  • Maintain good organisational skills



  • At least 6 years’ experience within the commercial insurance industry
  • Knowledge and comfort picking up new business leads and placing them accordingly
