Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For referring a candidate or a vacancy to us, we will reward you with £500 worth of Amazon vouchers if the following conditions apply:
A candidate you have referred to us (i.e. a friend or colleague) has been successfully offered a position by one of our clients, has accepted the offer and has started their position at the company, or
A vacancy you have referred to us has resulted in a successful placement for one of our candidates
If a referral is made but one of the following conditions apply, no reward will be given:
The candidate you have referred is already registered on our system
We are already aware of the vacancy you have referred
We have existing Terms of Business agreed and in place with the client advertising the vacancy you have referred
The incentive will only be provided after the candidate rebate period has passed; this varies by client in line with our Terms of Business. We reserve the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value. If you reside outside of the UK, we will provide you with the equivalent value of 500 GBP in your local currency.
